“A very warm welcome from the owners. Beautiful location and good value for money. Mattresses in the twin room were a bit thin/soft which is a consideration if (like me) you can have back trouble. It was peaceful and a good location for visiting both south and north Cornwall coasts. Newquay was our best day out.”

“We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.”

“Helpful staff”

“Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. The rooms can be very cold and my radiator didn't seem to work. Additionally, this wasnt helped by the fact the shower only seemed to get warm not hot. “Great hotel. I had a fantastic stay. Friendly staff and amazing premises ”

“Hotel perfecto para nuestra ruta ya que esta muy cerca de la autopista y la habitaciones son comodas y grandes. Por lo que pudimos pasar una tarde relajada despues de una mañana de coche. Las instalaciones recreativas para familias, parque infantil, recreativos para los mas mayores, hacen la eatancia divertida. ”

“Todo muy bien, gimnasio muy equipado, spa para relajarse y complejo limpio y tranquilo”

“Hotel en el parque Dartmoor, cerca de Devon i Cornualles. Acogedora habitacion i agradable i profesional personal Alternativa a un bed and breakfast”

“Such a beautiful, beautiful place in a lovely setting. Such attention to detail, the furnishings, the gardens and sitting areas not to mention the wonderful breakfast that was served. Our host could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We hated that we could only stay one night. Hopefully we can return one day !”

“Suited my needs perfectly!! The room was small but adequate for me as a single traveller for an overnight stay. The hosts are helpful and accommodating. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room which proved useful and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was pristine with a walk in shower. There is a kitchen and basic breakfast items are provided. There was tea bags, sugar and milk in the room with a kettle. As this is a house that you share with other guests I was mindful of the...
