"Very helpful staff, very convenient location, room was clean and up to date. By American standards, it’s small, however we expected that from the start because that’s how European hotels are. Easy walking distance to kings cross station and platform 9 3/4 if your a Harry Potter fan. "

It’s delicious, with a wide variety of choices and great quality overall — a perfect way to start the day. The staff was extremely helpful when we encountered a minor issue with our room. We were initially assigned a room without windows, which made it feel a bit like sleeping in a capsule. However, the team was very attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. They offered us different options to resolve the situation, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10."
