"The pool in the hot tub area are very dated. The bathroom area is very old and rundown. The hot tub has so many chemicals in it. It burns your eyes when sitting in there. The lobby was remodeled but our room needed some improvements done."

When we woke up in the morning there was water flowing from the ceiling and water down the hallways on at least two levels. There were holes smashed in the walls. There were people with vacuums and hoses everywhere. It was a complete disaster. "
