Employees were very helpful, our kiddos spilled chips in the living room, they sent someone up right away with a vacuum also brought us fresh towels. Place was very clean and water park was perfect for our younger kiddos. 100% going back in the future, only thing is. Is the price to stay, for two nights we paid around $800. Honestly I think it was worth it.

This was our 3rd time here and had a good experience overall. Kitchen need to be cleaned better. Staff was very helpful but even we described what needed to be clean they still missed most of it. 4/5 just because it’s a this experience.

Disappointment regarding our recent stay at Timber Ridge Lodge. We chose your resort because it is advertised as a family-friendly place where families can relax and enjoy their time together. Unfortunately, the condition of our accommodations was far from what we expected. The room was noticeably dirty, but the most concerning issue was finding a huge bug in our bed. Finding a bug where we were supposed to sleep was extremely disturbing and immediately made us question the cleanliness and sanitation of the entire room. After that, it was very difficult for us to feel comfortable staying there. For a family resort, I believe cleanliness should be one of the highest priorities. Guests should not have to worry about whether their room or bedding is properly cleaned and maintained.
