The one thing I hated was the last night there. We couldn’t go out on our balcony due to the people moved in next-door, very loud and heavy smokers all the smoke seem together in our balcony and every time you open the door to go out, it would come in the room balconies are no smoking areas. In our bedroom, we could hear them talking and laughing their child screaming late at night If hadn’t happened our stay would’ve been perfect

No house keeping service , had to text to get clean towels, bed was bad, one of us turn, whole bed move like on cruise ship, I got seasick every morning when I woke up, hotel is so old, so, doesn’t look clean. Coach/sofa and chair were uncomfortable. Water park is very small, not worth to pay $30 for relatives. free trolley to main lodge to watch fireworks on weekend.

If you have kids and are staying in Lake Geneva for a few days this is a great place to stay at. The waterpark area was great. 2 big slides, lazy river , hot tubs, small kid area, outdoor pool. They have a mini bowling area and arcade, the mini bowling alley was really cool , kids loved it. It did malfunction once but the lady was so kind and reset it for us and gave us a free game. Also every Sunday night they have fireworks at the connecting hotel with free trolly rides their and back . Fireworks were amazing! They have a mini golf course but I feel like it should be complimentary with the water park tickets because it is just outside next to the watwrpark and it is very very small and sad and was $5 per person so we didn’t do that and went to a local min golf course that was really good and was about the same cost. The rooms were nice, carpet dated a bit but they didn’t have comfortable beds and full-size fridge and stovetop , microwave and dishes . I’d wash your dishes before using though. They did not seem real clean. Overall would come back again and recommend it is only a short drive from downtown lake geneva

I really enjoy coming here for a weekend getaway when we can. Very clean rooms and common areas. Water park clean too. Nice game room and mini bowl. Good food options too
