Durango sits 30 miles (48 kilometers) away and is home to visitor attractions including Durango Mountain Resort, Hillcrest Golf Club and Durango Arts Center. Purgatory Ski Area, Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Fort Lewis College are just a sample of the other interesting sights that should be included on every visitor's itinerary.

There are some great high-adrenaline adventures to be savoured. Around Southwest Colorado. Try rock climbing or hiking to get your adrenaline pumping.
