Telluride Ski Resort is known as one of Colorado’s premier winter sport’s destinations. Among the 127 trails here, find beginner slopes, perfectly groomed runs, demanding moguls and off-piste areas. Practice your freestyling skills on the boxes, half-pipes, jumps, rails and rollers of three terrain parks. To reach the various areas within the resort, use the transportation options: 16 lifts, one gondola and a "Chondola," which is a combination of a chairlift and a gondola.
Explore the snow-covered mountain on a snowbike or snowmobile. Guided Nordic skiing and snowshoeing tours traverse alpine forests and meadows. Join an ice climbing excursion tailored specifically to your experience and needs.
Summers at Telluride Ski Resort let you discover local heritage and landscapes. Visit a historic mining town as part of a four-wheel drive tour. Follow walking trails to waterfalls and views of the 14,000-foot-tall (4,270-meter) Rocky Mountain peaks. Ride through wildflower meadows on horseback or mountain bike.
Go paddleboarding and rafting on the San Miguel River or get an aerial view of the region on a tandem paragliding flight. Play a round of golf on the pristine fairways and greens of Telluride Golf Club. The resort has plenty of kids’ activities, including a bungee trampoline and rope course.
Take a break from the action and visit the cafés, bars, restaurants and shops in Mountain Village. More amenities are available in Telluride at the base of the mountain, while additional restaurants sit perched on the mountaintop.
Lifts provide direct access to the mountain from both Mountain Village and Telluride. Find free parking in the town and village; getting between the two areas is easy via a free gondola and shuttle bus.
Telluride Ski Resort’s winter season runs from November to April. Find details about activities, lift passes and transportation on the resort’s official website. Alternatively, visit the Telluride Adventure Center in Mountain Village.
