“La habitación está bien, le falta un poco de luz pero imagino que en verano debe estar fenomenal. El problema viene cuando llega el fresco y entiendo que por ahorrar no ponen apenas la calefacción. Aparte de ello, desde el primer momento pedí una factura que finalmente no me han enviado ni hecho. El día de mi partida, habían avisado al fontanero a las 8:30 de la mañana, por lo que tuve que salir media hora antes de lo que pensaba.”

“Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.”

“Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. ”

“Had an excellent stay, very welcoming and accomodating, great owners very friendly. We had a continental breakfast which was fantastic. Lots of nice little extras like mints, biscuits in room etc great location between lake and shops, not far from seafront. Will definitely stay again”

“What a great little gem this place is, from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed! Itaçh, the host was there to greet you (though there is no reception) and once I’d filled in a form in the lounge I was shown to my room and he even carried my bag to my room. The whole place was very well presented and I truly enjoyed my short stay. And a great plus was the train station was a mere 5 minute walk from/to the hotel.”

“The Leicester was everything a person could hope for and more! Cliff was an amazing host and provided great dining recommendations! Breakfast was amazing and the guest house menu was extremely varied and all delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean. The absolute perfect location as well.”

“Stayed here 2 years ago and gave it 8/10. The property has dilapidated a lot since, particularly the corridors and stair cases. The worst things about our stay was the state of the en suit bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. The toilet rim was covered with a black substance so had to clean it ourselves - no idea what it was (the pic was after flushing twice). And the toilet seat was loose. Hairs were everywhere and the shower cubicle hadn't been cleaned for a long while so wasn't used. And...

“Met host on arrival. Was really nice and helpful. Lovely house and having the hottub was amazing. Good area with links to Manchester on public transport. Was here for business but house made it so much more comfortable than living in a hotel. ”
