"Accommodations were above average however, the staff were horrible. Rude, entitled, and unwelcoming. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area in which to spend my hard earned money. Hotel.com also overcharged me by $91 over what my booking receipt shows and they refused to refund the difference. I will contact my credit card company to dispute and will use a different travel site for my future reservations. Wont use your app again as I expect to pay what I have booked. "

"Very clean, quaint and enjoyable. We are accustomed to a mini fridge and microwave so it was inconvenient not to have these. The breakfast was delicious, but unattended, French toast burning on the bottom, no catsup, no syrup, hot coffee ran out, no decaf, all creamer ran out, no one attending it, blaring music in the morning restaurant, when asking about it we were told it could be loud or off. Soaking tub was outside was 8/10 no jets. "

"Room was fine for what we needed. Beds were comfy. I loved the location, near all the places we wanted to go. I did think the $15 a night for the Xperience Xclusives was ridiculous. According to the staff it was for parking. I liked there was a restaurant on the premises but the bartender seemed a little distracted focusing on another customer but he did make a great margarita! If we are back in Santa Fe I would consider staying here again of the price was right."
