I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay.

We come to thia.motel annually for a three day get together. The suites are well priced, breakfast is great... we are atill seeing old stand by staff. We have met many familes that have used this location as the base for long term care treatment at Mayo client and keep.coming back. Our rochester home away from home

The room was very large and very nice looking. It was very modern looking and well worth the money we spent. Will for sure stay here again on our next trip to Mayo Clinic!

It’s an older hotel, but the room was updated and clean, the mattress was comfy, and the pillows had substance unlike most hotel pillows! I will be back as my son will be attending school in Rochester.

Perfectly easy stay with am actual full-of-choices breakfast bar. When was the last time you had a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant as "breakfast included"? I did yesterday!!!

Nice stay

Very nice place to stay and would pick here again. Had a business suite with kitchen and living room area with separate bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast.

We like the breakfasts at Quality Inns. The room was clean. The location of the room was practically in the Lobby, so would not want a room like that again. There was a sleeper couch, as we needed the extra bed, but….the quality of the bed was very poor. It went up on a slope, very thin mattress. Do not plan on using a sleeper couch room. It should only be used as a couch. Also, there was no bedding, had to ask front desk for linens. Would rate this stay as average….if you don’t need a sleeper couch.
