Did not like stairway, freezing cold room (AC was left on 60), couldn't get TV to work, microwave not plugged in (unable to reach receptacle and plug had the ground cut off it so it shouldn't be used anyway) room smelled of smoke and bathroom smelled worse.

This property is not pet friendly as advertised. Staff and manager admitted this fact. They did allow my dog to stay though which was a relief as it would have been inconvenient to find another place.

Front desk rude, the room I reserved and paid for was told not available, at 1am it became available, i got in it and found pee on the toilet seat, an unknown substance on the bathroom counter, no bath soap. I asked for cleaner and gloves to clean the toilet and sink area myself. The place was disgusting. Hair on the pillows. We left at 6am and were afraid to try the breakfast.

Nasty nasty nasty. Filthy dirty. Toothpaste on faucet from previous guest. Stains all over the floor in room. Oily hand print in clear sight inside the door. I had the creeps all night.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked well. Plenty of electrical to plug in all of our devices. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. We would stay here again if in the area.

Liked: Hotel location is convenient. Disliked: Everything else. The room was dirty from floor to roof. I wiped the floor with a wet tissue to check the sticky floor, which was awful. The wipe turned black even after wiping it so many times. This is just a tiny example of how dirty the room is. Skip this place.
