"The property is newly renovated with clean, new rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. My complaint isn't with the hotel, it's with Hotels.com, who by law is to advise of resort fees. Additionally, booking clearly states the price includes all taxes and fees. Therefore, it came as a surprise to be charged a resort fee upon check in. I will certainly think twice before booking again with Hotels.com."

"For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!"

"It was my first time staying at Element and I had such an amazing experience. From when we walked in, the front desk agent was very welcoming while training someone else. I believe her name was Ana. We were also able to check in earlier which was helpful. The valet attendants were amazing. We didn’t have a car, however they never fail to open our uber doors or help us with our bags. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious just like the bedroom. The area is very walkable and we love that we could just take a walk to the icon center in the evening for dinner, ice cream or to just check out the activities. We also love the breakfast options, especially the yogurt parfait bar. The gym is very nice, weights only go up to 50lbs. but it’s okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it."
