It was clean and the room we have was quiet and had its own out side door for beach access.

There wasn't a mattress cover on one bed...Yuck. The room was sweltering; the room faced west and the curtains were left open. One of the two windows had no screen. We finally left the door open to get some cross ventilation. Lovely to be on the ocean,

I didn't like that thier phones have been out of service, so i wasn't able to make sure I had a first floor room. Also they have NO air condition.

I’ve stayed in a few grimy motels while traveling for work. But I took my family here to try to relax and get away. It was a cheaper motel. But at 110 bucks a nite. You’d like it’d smell good but it didn’t smelled like dog pee on the way up to the room and in the room there was hair and a cherry stem on the floor. I mean ok that’s not to bad. But when I went to use the bathroom. The toilet seat wasn’t clean and there was what seemed to be poo stained on the seat. It was after 10 so I couldn’t go tell the front desk cuz no one was there. Than when I told them the lady asked oh you didn’t use the bathroom for two hr. Idk I just rate this place low. Unclean. And in friendly in my opinion.
