"The hotel was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and the clocktower. Plus, there are many great restaurants to choose from nearby. Highly recommend!

"Super friendly staff. They gave me a dry back for a river float which was marvelous. 5 minute walk to the bus & tram. Super convenient to the convention hall. Little kitchenette worked perfectly and COOP grocery store for breakfast goods 5 minutes away."

"I travel for a living and I can say that this is one of the most charming hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting and the view is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Snow capped mountains that change colors with the sunset, rolling green hills with quintessential Swiss homes dotting the stunning countryside, a beautiful lake down below. It's like a painting. We couldn't leave our balcony. The rooms are adorable, neat and cozy. Breakfast is delightful and delicious. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and their dog (Heidi) as well. I wish we had more than one night to enjoy the property and surrounding area. If you are only staying one night give yourself enough time to enjoy sunset from the balcony with some wine and snacks. What an absolute dream. If you love nature the area is a must!"
"I really enjoyed the cooking facilities and lounge area on the first floor. As my room as small it was a good place to relax when I wasn't out and about.
I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm.
Room was very quiet despite both the hotel and the area being busy. Lovely place to stay.
It is also a really convenient 3 mins walk from the station - once you get out of the labarynthine station complex. "
"Lake views are amazing and the location is excellent. The restaurant was good but we didn’t have time to try the rooftop bar. Very dog friendly hotel "
"Wonderful location, beautiful views on the lake, mountains and castle. I loved being able to walk down the lake each morning for a swim, using the hotel's access and facilities (dressing room, toilet) right on the lakeside. "
"The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. Also there is not AC in all the rooms. Keep that in mind if it's a hot day that you go. Also the water is leaking out on the shower onto the carpet. Without there being AC it could cause some mildew buildup if they don't get on top of it. Even with those things we really enjoyed or stay."
"We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking.
The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze. (Mid July) The balcony is completely private - enjoy the views of the distant mountains and the green space below. Location is central and the upper floors take advantage of being one of the only high rise buildings in Interlaken. Elevators require room keys to use which added extra safety for such a busy city. (Although we never felt unsafe anywhere in Interlaken). There’s a lounge with a tap for filling water bottles and a machine for coffee and tea.
The desk staff were incredibly friendly. We stored our luggage prior to check in, they brought our bags up after check in, and at check out they gave us bottled waters.
Honestly, my only negative experience here was that the coffee from the lounge machine was not good. "
"Wonderful spot just outside the bustle of downtown Interlaken. The food was phenomenal, the staff incredibly helpful, and the spa (especially the whirlpool with stunning mountain views) was the cherry on top. "
