My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all.”

“The property was exactly like advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a day of hiking in the National Park. The host was very punctual about answering my questions before we arrived and check out was a simple message to let her know we were leaving. We would definitely stay here again. ”
