“Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease. We visited over Thanksgiving with our two families. Coffee, cocktails and meals were enjoyed with the scenic ever changing backdrop of the Nomini, as it flows into the Potomac. “We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again.”
