Lovely refurbished apartment with all modern comforts on the first floor in the heart of the ancient Rione Monti, one of the most historical areas in rome and loved by both Romans and tourists.The apartment is on the first floor (UK) (2nd floor USA) of an old building with lift and it is composed of two double bed rooms (in one room you can have two single beds instead of a double bed), a living room with table, chairs and a bed sofa (for two persons) with a lovely terrace, a well equipped kitchen (oven. fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV are available. A wonderful view over San Martino ai Monti square. Through the windows you can see the beautiful square of San Martino ai Monti with two medieval towers: Capocci Tower and Graziani Tower and also see the back side of San Martino e San Silvestro Church. You can see also in the distance the horses on the top of the Altar of the Fatherland (Altare della patria).

Very close to Colosseum and train station. Space was well laid out. Room big enough for family of 4. Washing machine was a bonus. Great food and drinks right outside of accommodations. Only negative was the restaurant/disco adjacent to accommodations. Can get a bit loud - hard to sleep but ear plugs would work.

Excellent property very close to Colosseum
First things first, comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept 9 hours straight after a terrible morning flight and whole day sight seeing. We could walk to Colosseum and Forum in 15 min. 2 big rooms, small patio, nice bathroom, hot water. The property manager was excellent and attentive. Safe neighborhood where we stayed with 2 almost teen kids

The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It was within walking distance of just about everything. Because it was i on a side street it was quiet at night. Martina was very accommodating to our need to drop off our luggage prior to check in!

The apartment was just as described in the listings. Martina was fantastic and met us at the apartment to get us all checked in. The apartment is modern and super clean. The location was great and not too far from major attractions within the city. The apartment building has an elevator and the apartment we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. Pay as you go parking is available on the side of the building and down the street. The apartment is well furnished, A/C and very comfortable. Great stay!

Wonderful
My family had a great stay at this apartment. Martina was a wonderful host and organized all of our transportation. She also answered all of our questions and was available if we needed assistance. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere and could find many local restaurants. We especially loved the coffee shop at the corner. We would definitely rent this again when in Rome.

Fantastic location
We had a wonderful stay! Apartment was very clean with all main amenities including a washing machine. The outside sitting area was very enjoyable and the location with proximity fo Termini station is ideal for traveling around Rome. Highly recommend. Also, a great location for children. There was a variety of toys and games to keep them busy.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Martina's apartment. Communication was phenomenal, the place was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and location was close to several good restaurants, a small bar and metro stations. AC was excellent as well. 15 minute walk to Rome Termini. The little patio is also a cute addition. Washing machine and drying rack came in handy after my previous week in Greece. I would highly recommend Martina's apartment in Rome! Grazie!

We loved the apartment and the location was great as we were able to walk to most places. The bar below was a bit noisy at times but it did not ruin our stay. I would suggest some ear plugs if that bothers you. The apartment and proximity are definitely worth it. The host was amazing as well. A great experience in Rome.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
We were very happy with the apartment. It was in a great location in short walking distance from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It's close to the metro, Roma Termini station, and many restaurants. Martina was very pleasant and helpful. She was quick to answer any questions we had. Gracious host and beautiful apartment
We loved staying at Martina’s beautiful home. She was so kind and welcoming and helped us with any problems or questions we had very quickly. The apartment was well stocked and had lots of stuff to keep our little guy entertained! We loved going out each night to all the wonderful restaurants just around the corner or across the street, and went for gelato just a 6 minute walk from the house at Gelateria San Maggiore almost every night! Our three year old is already asking when we can come back to Rome to stay here again!

Fabulous apartment
My brother and I stayed in this fabulous apartment we are both seniors and found it perfect for our needs. It is extremely well equipped and close to bars restaurants and transport, beautiful and clean with a wonderful little patio for us to sit out and enjoy our breakfast, and our host Martina could not have been more helpful thank you for making our stay do wonderful carol & colin

Perfect stay
Communication with the host was easy and she was very accommodating with our arrival time. The location was perfect. So close to the train and subway. Many restaurants, a bakery and grocery store are steps away. The apartment was the perfect set up for our family, had everything we needed, and the outside terrace was a huge bonus.

Great Location
Marty was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked fine except the shower. And we struggle with door locking. We would recommend staying here. Wish could have stayed longer.
