Beautiful area. Very close to dining, shopping, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The room was large enough to accommodate family of 9. The room was very clean, beautifully furnished. The staff were very helpful. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.

We were placed in a building around the corner from the reception. First impressions was this is an ultimate cat-fish. Room was tiny… we are both 6 foot and slim built and struggled to get in the bathroom. The shower was even more challenging… the bed was two single beds joined together. The rooms were not sound proof and you could hear things from the street. We asked how long it would take to go to Rome train station. The lady told us we should get private transport because the stations were closed and people couldn’t get a taxi. She said it was going to cost €60 for a 12 minute ride! We booked an Uber and it cost €19 (lol)… Location was really good. If you’re under 6 foot, need a good location and a clean room, then I would recommend. Just be cautious, the hotel isn’t like the images…

Conveniently located close to the international airport in an area that is safe and nice enough to walk around in. Although a lovely hotel, the area seemed a bit depressed (economically). Plenty of dining options nearby too. The ones we tried were all good but nothing special.

The hotel is in a great location close to Spanish steps and shopping. The staff was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like in my case is that my room was situated in another location a few blocks away from main hotel. I couldn’t take advantage of room service or just going down to their restaurant because I was a few blocks away. Otherwise it’s a good choice if you’re staying in Rome

It was not very clean. We washed our clothes in washing machine and then sent someone to fix it. Apparently, the next day we woke up to a lot of water in our apartment. On the floor, my husband's luggage was soaked in the water along with his belongings. We let the hotel know; they just said they were sorry. Thank God it was our last day in that apartment.

I did not realise there are two properties so the second one had no receptionist. There was a lot of forcing you to use their own more expensive travel service. One receptionist was lovely but a couple were simply outrageously rude and unhelpful. We were not aware there was a marathon on until the night before and I was trying to get an idea when I could get a can to the airport and I’ve never experienced such rudeness. However Elisa came on the next morning after we made a 630am dash and apologised profusely. Still it’s put me off staying there again unfortunately.

The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat! Upon our 10am departure, after realizing the streets of Rome were closing down for the Race for a Cure Marathon and taxi service to catch a train at termini station would not get to us, the kind and thoughtful staff formed a plan to get myself and my husband with mobility issues to the subway. Daniele escorted us through the streets, to the subway ticket counter and down the escalators and stairs to the furthest point which was allowed and so kindly directed us to the train not far away. What an amazing, kind man and group of colleagues. We are so thankful for all of them. Thank you Condotti Hotel for a perfect stay.
