The location of the hotel, whilst quite far from the city, is actually not that bad. We took the 654 bus from the bus stop just down the road to Colli Albani station, and then it's a few stops on the tube to the centre of Rome. Buses do turn up but they aren't reliable on timing. Hotel staff - some ...
10 min driving from Rome airport, it is located in a good location with easy parking, the hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. This is not my first time, it's my favorite hotel where I like to go and rest after a long flight
We had a great experience from the time we checked in until we checked out 9 nights later. Francesca at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful making us feel welcome and important. Valerro at the bar was fantastic company, very interesting conversation and very kind. Overall we had a great ...
Very kind and helpful staff. The location was a bit restless, but I never went out in the evening/night - so no problems! Walking distance from the historic center, nearby a metrostation / bus stop. Clean room, and the window was into the garden, so I could sleep the window open.
The hotel was close to metro and tram links to take you into the heart of Rome. No complaints about the hotel and the staff were excellent. One thing to know separate from the hotel.. The surrounding area isn't the nicest to walk through. Lots of homeless people and graffiti.
I stayed at the Pinewood for four nights the second week of October. My room was a value priced lodging for a single traveler. The room was tiny with a twin bed which was fine with me. It was reasonably clean though the rug looked a little worse for wear. The hotel is located on a busy commuter route ...
This hotel room was comfortable however its best point is the location which is 15 minutes walk from the Vatican. The rooms are plain however the bed was comfortable. The shower ran hot and cold and the shower head needed replacing.
We choose the 207 Inn for its proximity to the Vatican which is right around the corner. The room itself was of good size but quite basic in furnishings. The bed pillows are awful and made a restful sleep almost impossible! We did feel secure since it takes 3 keys to get in the front door, the door ...
Service: The host was very friendly. We arrived late to Rome and we appreciated that she checked us in that night. She gave us very helpful information on the sites to visit and transportation options in the area. She responds to emails very quickly. She was never intrusive. Could not ask for a better ...
cheap hotel great location 3 stops on metro to all major tourist locations.helpful staff, surprised at first with room layout, as you share two bathrooms with 3 other rooms with a common kitchen area. would of liked a safe to lock valuables away . room you see in picture was not anything like the ...
We got the terrace room and it was spectacular. We'd spent two weeks all over Italy in rented rooms and apartments, and the great service and high comfort level at 504 was a treat. The staff was friendly and helpful and its located a short walk to the Metro. It's also not far to a bunch of other ...
The owners of this bed and breakfast are wonderful people. I am not sure you could meet nicer people. One of our hosts speaks very good English and was extremely helpful with suggestions of places to visit in Rome. He also patiently explained the best routes to get there. The room was nice and big ...
