"AMAZING LOCATION, ALMOST PERFECT STAY"
truly a one off hotel, placed up in the hills of south rome, within easy reach of the centre of rome and the airport too this hotel is in the most stunning location, not the most difficult to get too if you follow there instructions and call ahead, the manager peter is a great chap, full off ideas for your stay in rome, Michael the caretaker, waiter, handyman, concierge, room attendant and as many other job descriptions you can think of is the most helpful of staff the rooms are not particularly great and should be said its more of a 3*+ than a 4*, but they are adequate, clean, comfy and do the job for a relaxing stay the meals served are all fresh and of huge variety, a tad on the expensive side but not ridiculous very couple and family orientated all in all this hotel is highly recommended if you wish to stay outside of the hussle of the city centre, I would defo return there

"Good accommodation in an ideal location"
The Location which is just one road away from the main Rome Terminus , is perfect not only for when you arrive (just a short walk) but also for trips out (you can get early trains without the long walks). During my visit I did a day trip to Venice on the super fast bullet train. The room provides all that I needed - it was clean when I arrived and was kept spotless by the cleaners for the whole of my 8 day stay. Paolo the proprietor is very friendly and helpful and always on call. There are some issues to be aware of - None of which were a problem for me - but could be for others. The rooms are on the 4th floor and the lift is tiny it only takes two people at a time - if you have a lot of luggage then it will only be one person. The lift worked ok all the time I was there. There is no catering in the hotel - If you want a breakfast you have to go out , but there are plenty of places to eat around the Hotel and in the an the Station both at ground level and lower level. As I don't always like the Set breakfast menus that some hotels provide it was good to get out eat where I wanted. No tea making facilities in the Room either. The Reception is not manned most of the time. Paolo met me when I arrived at the Hotel and showed me how all the keys operate. Then he spent most of the time off site. But he was instantly contactable by text or Whatsapp. This Hotel provided everything that I wanted and I would stay there again , next time I am in Rome.

"Budget friendly hotel located near train station"
My college age son and I selected this budget friendly hotel as it was located near the main train station in Rome since we traveling around Europe via train. The hotel is located within a three to four minute walk to the train station. Luckily the elevator worked in the building as the hotel is located on the 5th floor. Our room was very clean but seemed to be a little on the smaller side compared to other hotel rooms that we had been staying in during our travels. This was okay as we were only in the room to sleep. The bathroom was adequate for our needs. The breakfast was typical and had morning beverages, meats, cereals and roles. The chocolate filled croissant was terrific. The only downside we noticed was the hotel location. When returning late at night, it seemed to be a little sketchy so we remained observant and made a quick walk to the hotel.

"Very cosy little flat in very convenient location."
Federica gave us a very warm welcome and lots of useful tips. The flat is cosy, a quiet little nest around the corner from Campo di Fiori on the third floor of an old palazzo. We felt at home the moment we arrived. We'll be back on our next trip to Rome!

"Great location close to transport hub."
Good hotel nice and clean in a great location close to the main transport hub and some great restaurants. The room was ok but the bed was very hard but after a day walking the sights, was a little too tired to worry too much. Breakfast was adequate with all the usual selections, unless of course you want full English. Overall I would rate the hotel 3/4 out of 5.

"It was good."
It's a decent place to stay with a great location. Facilities could use some work (like the shower area). Rooms are very small. Another thing, was the staff smoking (I assume the balcony of the reception office?), and we could smell that in our room. Having said that, overall the hotel is good.

"Great location"
Hotel is located right in the hart of old Rome, very convenient for some of major attractions. Even area is quite busy hotel is quiet and comfortable. There is no restaurant in the hotel although plenty of them around. The room itself was clean and it was big. The bed was comfy and the curtains were thick enough to block out most of the sunlight in the morning. The bathroom was a bit small, the shower didn't have much room at all it was very cramped, but the pressure and water temperature was really good. Wifi was free and we had no issues with speed or it dropping out. We were very happy with our stay!
