“the exact resort feel i was wanting for my first stop in Thailand. great warm pool, spacious front patio area, Ning was very helpful at the front desk and saved me a few bucks getting to/from other stops. Room was excellent, like a modern hotel, prob 4 star for thailand. my friend had a more rustic jungle cabin w no pool and im glad that place was full. if i came back I would absolutely book here again. no question. also i found out too late the end of the cabin walk leads to a staircase into...

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Grand Mercure Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war top, alles sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas sehrhektisch, wenn man nicht früh oder später kam. Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffeevollautomaten, welche nicht ausreichten für alle Gäste, da diese äußert langsam funktioniert haben. Oft stand man gut 10 Minuten an. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Ansonsten gibt es unserseits keine negativen Erfahrungen. Das Essen...

“Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable”

“Initial room we got was not fit for purpose as we had a toddler, however they moved us into a suite complimentary which was amazing! Really recommend this hotel. Only bad thing which was fine for us as we had a car was that there isn’t much in the area which is fine if you are all inclusive. ”

“This place was special. All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street. If you need a more lively night scene, just walk 300 m north along the beach. ”
