Strandhus - type of sea, maritime semi-detached house, 2 - 5 pers.

Small, maritime house ideal for families with children (perfect for 2 adults + 2 children). Separate entrance, large south-facing terrace with its own garden beach chair. Living area on the ground floor with corner sofa bed; TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe, second TV. Nice shower room with window. Another bedroom with a box spring bed accessible via the gallery. Total size about 60 square meters.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Uns hat es gut in dem Häuschen gefallen, ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns jedoch gestört.Es gibt leider keine Jalousien und die Vorhänge sind sehr hell und lichtdurchlässig, damit ist es in den Schlafzimmern schon sehr zeitig hell und schlafen schwierig. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und eng und mit Dachschräge, daher Vorsicht beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett. Das Fenster ist sehr weit oben und nur auf einem Hocker zu öffnen. Ein Lichtschalter unten bedient das Licht im Schlafzimmer oben, das ist blöd, wenn jemand im Bett liegt.Das Fenster im Bad ist nur über eine Fernbedienung zu öffnen und schließen, leider ohne Erklärung welche Knöpfe wie gedrückt werden müssen, dies findet man nur über probieren heraus.Ansonsten war alles super, Entfernung zum Strand ca. 10-15min. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr nett.

Sehr schöne FeWo. Super Vermietungsteam. Ablauf total unkompliziert. Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig, aber normal für die Wohnungen. Im Sommer im Dach das eine Zimmer bestimmt sehr heiß. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr hübsche Wohnung, alles dabei - Wäsche, Geschirr, Fön, komplette Küche, Nähe zu Hafen und Strand. Parkplatz am Haus, was in Warnemünde viel wert ist. Immer wieder gerne

Unser Kurzurlaub war sehr schön. Check in war völlig unkompliziert . Vorab wurde alles nötige telefonisch sehr freundlich geklärt. Beim nächsten Besuch wären zwei Schlüssel schöner. Aber wir haben auch nicht vorher nachgefragt. Wir hätten auch gern vor Ort ein sehr gutes Feedback abgegeben, aber wir hatten leider nichts zum Schreiben dabei. Unser Fazit: immer wieder gerne.:)

Ruhige Lage, Nähe der Promenade

Die Beschreibung im Internet spiegelt das Haus wieder. Terrasse nach Süden, Handtücher, aber auch Handseife, Geschirrspülmittel und -taps lagen bereit. Betten waren bereits bezogen. Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr angenehm, Nachfragen per Mail würden schnell beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Gefühl von Zuhause

Die Buchung war einfach. Kommunikation sehr freundlich, ehrlich, kompetent und immer erreichbar. Lage super! Ausstattung des Hauses besser als erwartet. Auch Internet hatten wir jederzeit. Parkplatz eng aber wir hatten immer einem Platz am Haus. Wir kommen wieder!

Klasse Sache an der Ostsee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders die Lage ist prima. Die Promenade und der Leuchtturm, sowie der Hafen, sind zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen. Das ist ein großer Vorteil. Wir können diese Adresse nur empfehlen.

Klasse Urlaub

Wir sind mit vier erwachsenen und einem Hund in den Urlaub gestartet, die Kommunikation mit der ferienunterkunftsvermietung war gut. Ich wurde sogar eine Woche im Voraus angerufen. Hier konnten wir Kleinigkeiten zum Check in besprechen. Wir konnten dann am anreiswtag sogar eher in Wohnung als geplant. Die Wohnung selbst war einfach perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung mit der kleinen Terrasse und den getrennten Schlafräumen super. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
