“Check in was fine. It’s your payment system with the hotel that I have an issue with. There is a delay in how they get the money I prepaid and that resulted in my credit card being charged by the hotel for a few hundred dollars. I’m hoping that the credit for those charges are resolved but I have to wait until I’m home & can check my cc statement online. You need to do better to keep this from happening as I shouldn’t have to worry about disputing charges”

“The house was very nice although there were some stains on the carpeting. It had everything we needed and the beds were extent extremely comfortable. ”

“This house was perfect for our gathering of friends. We spent time in group activities, both inside and out, and ate meals together. The peaceful natural setting and the spaciousness of the house made for a perfect retreat from the busyness of life.”

“Great place. The working ranch aspect was very interesting and the house suited us very well. The extra activity room with the hot tub and pool table really completes the place. ”
