But when I booked and paid for my room online they did not make mention anywhere online that their pool area was going to be closed and outta order due to needing maintenance done…. And the pool water was all cloudy looking in color, it was nasty…. Part of my whole reasoning for even renting a room for the nite was to be able to get into the hot tub for sure and maybe even the pool too!?….. Friendly staff. There was actually a pool and hot tub that looked well maintained indoors. This is a budget stay, I booked based on reviews on expedia which were really good. Today we didn’t get a very clean room and the hallways were kinda yuck with mousetraps in corners and just a lot of dirt along the edges. There was a man sleeping on the front sofa which was a little odd but overall the stay was good enough for our purposes :). Restroom door almost touches the toilet. Restroom door doesn’t open completely. I forgot to get a picture of the main door but it was pretty much destroyed. They tried to use wood glue to hold it together. Bathroom was not cleaned as there was still chunks of hair on the shower walls. People are so friendly and accommodating! Everything was updated and correct on Hotels.com but they canceled all the rooms. Luckily they had a room left and gve me a suit for the price i booked for. They owners were very nice. The hotel had garbage piled outside the main entrance and the entry by the stairs was filled with stuff. The room was clean and comfortable.
