The staff is wonderful, and their hospitality truly stands out. Unfortunately, the property itself feels very dated and could benefit from major updates. The carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture in both the guest rooms and lobby show their age, and the pool area could use some major refreshing as well. I understand the hotel was recently purchased and is expected to undergo a complete renovation over the next year or two, which will hopefully give the property a much-needed update.

The location was a bit strange. In the middle of an industrial estate. Not much around. Difficult to communicate with the landing company and took ages to get “approved” to stay.

Staff were helpful, room was clean. Shared bathrooms not always clean. Bar was okay, but rarely open and bar staff were neither attentive nor efficient. The restaurant proved difficult to get into.

This property was spotless and well stocked for our first day. The only problem we had (after 12 hours of traveling) was the instructions arrived in 4 different emails and 1 text. It would have been much easier if the gave the directions with the gate code, followed by the instructions to access key with the code, and finally how to get into unit. The app was useless since you had to get a code every time you opened it.
