“Overall it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with the large number of visitors, running out of food and coffee. Coffee dispenser was out of order and they couldn’t keep the lobby coffee station supplied. Also, parking lot entrance into the building was unlocked ”

“We weren’t in the room much, admittedly. But the rooms were nice and location was amazingly convenient. ”

“We didn’t stay. After being given an occupied room (contained luggage and personal belongings) we went to the desk thinking they had made a mistake of which room we were in. There was another guest who had been given a room that was dirty and supplied photos. The front desk clerk agreed to a refund as he didn’t have any clean rooms. It seemed as though they didn’t have staff. I did see one person cleaning near the desk but the front desk clerk kept leaving to go check on rooms himself. ……

“East parking and secure. Nice room with large fridge, plates, silverware, small stovetop to cook on and dishwasher. Really complete amenities for a hotel room. We were in town for our granddaughters basketball tournament and the staff worked with us to get us in our room a little early so we could get checked in and to the game with time to spare. Much appreciated.”

“There was a bad odor. No conditioner. A roach in the bathtub and sink. ”

“The room was very clean and spacious. It was an over all good experience. The only thing I noticed was the wall around the water and deck needed cleaned. The room itself and the lobby and hallways all looked very clean. ”
