Room was not clean. Bedside table had visible crumbs and sticky rings from beverages. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Toilet did not look like it had been cleaned. Heater in room was very noisy. Front desk staff was very courteous. Check in and check out was efficient. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

The Staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient. We stay here when we have appointments at Ruby Hospital. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay.

Convenient to Ruby Memorial Hospital

Very close to WVU Eye Center, where we were having eye surgery. Even though we drove back and forth. we could have walked. The beds are so comfortable!

Very quiet property and keep up nicely. Friendly staff at desk when I checked in. Made sure I was aware of everything that the hotel had to offer. My room was very nice very clean but I did have one complaint. The shower floor was very dirty and gross and looked like it needed to be replaced.
