Had the most lovely time , dinner at Gusto was excellent. Our room was incredible, best room I have ever stayed in. Thanks to Lisa at the front desk at the grand lodge for all her help ! We will be back soon.

Beautiful resort with imaginative decorations for the holidays!! The food at every restaurant was delicious!! Outdoor winter activities were fun, and the views were incredible. Very upscale with out being pretentious. If staying in the townhomes..recommend bringing your own breakfast requirements…it is a long distance to get to the main hotels. A resort with something for everyone!

In room amenities were nice but would have liked simple written instructions for operating the coffee maker, and normal (non foam) coffee would have been nice. Also, instructions indicating the room hvac was a 2 zone system. We set one thermostat expecting the 2nd to be mirrored. Net-net the accommodations were great.

The service was exceptional, the only thing that was flawed slightly was a little wait for room service, and the iPad was not able to place the order properly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I will be going back again.
