Located on a spacious 2,000 square meter fenced land with a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden, it offers a safe environment without direct neighbors, guaranteeing maximum privacy throughout the stay. The property stands out for its magnificent private pool of 32 m², equipped with a jacuzzi and hydrojet, perfect for relaxing and refreshing under the Mallorcan sun. During the months of November to March, guests can also enjoy the outdoor hot water jacuzzi included in the price, ideal for relaxing on cooler days. Off-season, this jacuzzi can be booked in advance for a small daily supplement. There is also a practical outdoor shower and a cozy chill-out area with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor music system to set the mood for your outdoor moments. Everything is prepared to enjoy long afternoons on the terrace, savor a barbecue, or simply rest in the hammock under the trees. Inside, the property combines rustic charm with modern amenities.
