221 Tennis Villa is an end unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, merely steps away from the Beach Club, Sandbar, Pools, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center and Guest Services. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath home has been recently updated with modern amenities.

This townhouse condo is spacious with open living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, HD TV and master bath. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room as well as a full bath on the first level. Our villa sleeps 4 in comfort and also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.

Enjoy our large private deck that overlooks the beautiful marsh and canal for the chance to see amazing wildlife every day with gorgeous sunsets at night! The villa is also available for shorter stays even during the peak season.

Our villa is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being walking distances from the beach and bike paths. Also included with your rental are up to 4 guest cards, with a value of up to $200. These cards are a must as they are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards also offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Fripp Island is a private, gated island with clean and uncrowded beaches. Truly a place to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life. If you've never been, you will fall in love!
