“It is a nice charming hotel. We loved the owners and the property with a beautiful view down the valley. It would be great to have AC in the room but I understand that it’s a historical building and maybe the owners want to preserve the original experience of the stay. We kept the windows open to keep the room cool but the car noise from the road was too loud to have a good sleep. Nevertheless, it’s a good place for an experience!”

“We arrived very short notice as it was an unplanned stop at the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and accommodating. There is parking right outside the hotel but this is limited but it is not a problem as there is ample parking available not too far from the hotel and at extremely reasonable rates. Our room was very comfortable (there were 3 of us) and the bathroom was also extremely clean and had lovely toiletries and very fluffy, soft towels. Unfortunately the hotel was booked……
