The Village Cap Estérel - Le Village is a luxurious resort situated in Saint-raphaël, France, offering a range of amenities for a comfortable vacation rental experience. The property boasts a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, Tennis Court, EV Charging Station, and an Installment Plan option for convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
Nestled on a 210-hectare park, the resort features five seasonal swimming pools (available from April 6th to November 3rd), a children's pool, boccia courts, and a children's playground with slides and swings, providing ample outdoor recreation opportunities for guests of all ages.  
  
Other Information  
Within the complex, visitors can indulge in the spa area (additional fees apply), enjoy shopping facilities, and utilize the laundry services (extra charge). For convenience, there is an E-charging station on-site. Nearby amenities include a shop, grocery store (500m), supermarket (6km), restaurant, bakery (500m), and a bus stop (300m) serving the "Ligne 21" line. The "Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV" railway station is 9 km away. The property is car-free, with no lift access. You will be staying in a charming 2-room apartment spanning 28 square meters on the 1st floor of Le Village (C4221). The living area features a cozy setup with 2 sofabeds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and a flat-screen TV, leading out to a terrace. There is also a small bedroom equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The well-appointed kitchenette comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. The property offers electric heating to ensure your comfort during your vacation. Outside, you can enjoy the 8 square meter terrace with furniture, taking in the stunning views of the sea and the swimming pool. Additional amenities include Internet (WiFi, extra) and reserved parking for 1 car.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that this property is a non-smoking accommodation, although 1 small pet or dog is allowed. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed on the premises. This offer is made by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
