“ゲストハウスを利用するのも、HomeAwayを利用するのも初めてだったので、最初は少し戸惑いましたが、急な変更も快く聞き入れてくださり、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。オーナー夫妻はどちらも温和な方で、初めてのゲストハウスでも安心してオススメが出来ます。また千葉で集まることがあれば利用したいです。ただ、Googleマップのピンが微妙にずれることがあり、場所が少し分かりにくいかもしれないので、事前に確認した方がいいかもしれません。”

“3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。”

“徒歩圏内に九十九里海岸がある立地は、都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれます。１棟貸しなので隣人の騒音も皆無。持参した食材で自炊するもよし、近所の海鮮自慢の飲食店を利用するもよし。夜の星空も最高でした。ハンモックも良かった。”

“Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out.”

“First off, hats off for QiQi and staff for laying out easy to use instructions on the check-in process. I probably would have been lost if it weren’t for the video break downs. The three story house was very spacious, everything looked new and I believe the pictures on the website didn’t do the place justice. Everything was very clean and the A/C was easy to use thanks to the English translations located on wall. The house is next to 2 train stations (only 10 min walk to each) making traveling...
