When we checked in, the person in front of us was offered 2 free water bottles. We didn't get offered any, so we asked about it. We were told we had to stay more times to get free water. Really?! It was 100 outside! I would think you would offer the water and add we hope you want to stay with us again. It was really off putting! Most of the places we stay offer free water and some offer free cookies. This needs to be adjusted if you want people to come for a return stay. Very affending!

The pool was great! The room was spacious, the staff great. The only issue was the WiFi was extremely slow. We tried to stream a show and it kept stopping to with catch up or disconnect.
