Amazing property with Exceptional Host

This was an amazing property with an exceptional host that served as our base camp for our annual girls trip to watch Iowa State football game. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Salt Lake City.

Home Sweet Home

Had the perfect stay visiting the city and The U. This place is perfectly placed if you have a car or not. Underground secure parking, TRAX, or walking. It all works great. Groceries across the street. Beautiful views of the city on the balcony in the morning and stunning sunsets. AM Group was so responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very friendly people in the building. Pool was awesome in the heat. We'll be back!

Great location, convenient to everything!

My daughter graduated from the U and our family traveled from Alabama/Florida to attend graduation. It was close to campus, and many great restaurants and shopping. We also did some site seeing while in town and the central location was great! We will be back and we will stay here again!

Great central place

Spent a full week here (work & play). Felt comfortable, safe, and "at home". Family enjoyed the golf simulator in the building! Food shopping and even Starbucks (next door) is easily accessible on foot. Would book again.

Wonderful time in SLC

Thank you AM Group for making our stay a memorable one. The check-in was seamless and the apartment was clean and well equipped. We did have an issue with a light not working in the master bath, but the management worked to get it fixed in a reasonable time. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the SLC area!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Salt Lake City

We had a fantastic stay at the two bedroom apartment. The building is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to grocery stores drugstore and plenty of restaurants. Communication and check in with perfect. Never had an issue the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay again.

Sweet comfy place

My incoming UTE, her future roommate and I all stayed here for Orientation. We arrived into the airport late (after 10pm) and I was slightly concerned it would hard to get into the building. Directions were easy, clear and seamless!! We appreciated all communication with the host prior to our arrival and during our stay. The building is clean, newer and quiet. Never heard another tenant and only saw 2 other tenants in our 3 days there. One thing to point out is that there are 2 levels to the below ground parking, so take note of what floor you park on (M or P1) Apartment is just like the photos. Very clean and just ideal for our short stay. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean and nicely sized. Aside from first figuring our way around the building - hallways all look the same, like a hotel - there is nothing I would change! Thank you for an enjoyable place to relax & unwind after long days walking the campus and hiking the beautiful SLC area. We will rent again for sure!!

Great trip

The location is perfect. Unit is very clean and tidy. The only issue that I encountered was before we arrived I was notified that the clothes dryer wasn’t working properly and was told it would be repaired as soon as possible. This was Sunday. A new dryer was installed on Wednesday. On Thursday the washing machine started leaking. It was never repaired. We left on Tuesday a day early because of this inconvenience.

Beyond exceptional

This was a “bucket list” trip from FL so I could see the Rockies before I lost my vision. This place was absolutely perfect for every member of our family. Convenient for hubby (easy parking under building, close to everything including restaurants and downtown), gorgeous views for me (hot tub/Mountain Views?! Amazing), for 17 yo old daughter, trendy, modern decor with cool city views (she said the apt is what she will miss the most!) and for 13 yo old son, he loved the weight room and activities area. We also made this trip to experience the snow activities but decided to stay in the city at lower altitude and travel up to the ski resorts to avoid altitude sickness. . besides flight delays and time change which got us in after 1am it was a perfect trip. We had everything we needed and the master bed was so comfortable on my bad back that we came home and purchased the same mattress. Communication was great and the only part that may be considered a little inconvenient is when you arrive and leave you have to park in store parking lot next door, go up to apt to get parking garage gate key (or drop it off when leaving). However, that would not deter us from staying here. It was an exceptional stay and money well spent.

Absolute Banger of a Stay

The pics are good, real life is better. Very clean and comfortable 2 bdrm apartment in a prime location to stores, coffee, downtown...you name it. The AM Group provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and were available when we had questions. We could not have found a better spot to stay for a week long ski vacation. Kitchen had the cookware we needed to make our meals, with a Smith's Food King across the street and Trader Joe's down the block. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for work trip to SLC

This property checked all the boxes for my 3 night stay in SLC. The hosting group was proactive in communicating and also super responsive to my questions. The unit comes with a parking sensor and fobs to allow access through any internal and external doors and everything worked as advertised. The unit itself is clean and bright with a comfy bed in the master, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure and great views of downtown, mountains, and the Capitol building. There is a grocery store literally across the street and the bars on Main St are walkable or a very short uber. Kudos to the hosts for making this a great spot!

SLC Trip

Communication was on point. Place was clean, organized and well stocked. Nice and close to the Lite Rail which was handy for access to the Univ. of Utah Football Stadium. Would stay here again!

Super cute, convenient location

Condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent for our purposes (close to University of Utah). The huge walk in closet in the master made it easy to get our suitcases out of the way to enjoy more space. Plenty of towels and bedding provided but the washer and dryer was wonderful to have when we were running low (due to an extended stay). Building itself was safe and secure and parking was a plus.
