“The room was fine, it had air conditioning and a mini fridge which were uncommon on the rest of our trip, but I'm removing stars because of how inconvenient the self check in was. Call me old fashioned but I do not want to have to type in all my information onto an ipad to get the room card. When we arrived we spent 10 minutes typing everything into the ipad only for it to glitch and delete all our information, and then the payment reader didn't work so we had to go to the help desk on the 4th……

“健身房過於陽春，早餐很不錯，惟第一天check in完，把行李放在房間內後，出門去薩爾斯堡舊城區漫步，回來後發現三件大行李箱都不見了，經詢問後（一開始櫃檯人員還誤以為是在櫃台寄放行李不見了），經過一番折騰、才發現飯店人員未經同意擅自搬移到一樓，虛驚一場！”
