“Ein traumhaftes Haus! Der Empfang war so herzlich mit einem Wein aus eigener Herstellung und ein paar selbst gebackenen Keksen, die sehr lecker waren. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Hinten auf dem Hof ist es unglaublich schön, mitten in der Natur, näher geht es nicht! “Front desk staff are wonderful, very kind and quick to offer local recommendations if you need. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The apartment gets warm in the summer and the window doesn’t open very much. The tram stops are very close which is very convenient but also noisy if you’re sleeping with the window open. There is a club next door which, unfortunately for us, hosted a rave the one night. Check out was easy, the front desk wasn’t open yet so we just left the key card……

“The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage.
