Perfect size for family of 7!

This place is awesome! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus for our family. The location is close to everything including the boardwalk and mission bay, which we walked to many times. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars and great communication with the property management.

Great location, will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! The location was amazing just steps away from the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.While there were a couple of minor issues the washer/dryer combo didn’t work because the door wouldn’t shut properly, and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to stream Netflix on the TVs — they didn’t take away too much from our overall experience. We ended up using the local laundromat, which wasn’t too far, and we spent most of our time enjoying the beach anyway.Even with those small inconveniences, I’d still give this stay a 5 out of 5. The location alone makes it worth it, and we will definitely be booking this place again in the future

Beach house stay

Great location close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was just like the ohotos online. It was great that each bedroom had their own connecting bathroom. We appreciated all the beach towels, blankets & chairs..

Nice and tidy

Our family enjoyed our little mini vacation while attending one of our sons weddings. The bathrooms and bedrooms where clean, updated and organized. The living room / kitchen, as others have stated, is smaller then what the pics make them out to. The only main issue is parking. One spot is provided but to find another spot was a challenge and or expensive.

Clean, Updated & Convenient

Our family of three adults spent 3 nights at this property. The location was great - about a one minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and amenities. On arrival we found the place to be super clean. Communication with the owner was great - we received detailed instructions for our parking and check in ahead of time and she checked in to make sure that everything was as we expected once we had arrived. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

The location was great because it’s close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Parking is a challenge, especially for bigger cars. The condo needed cleaning. There was sand on the floor throughout the condo and sand in the bedsheets in 2 of the bedrooms. The master bathroom floor was dirty. The AC worked sporadically. It’s a single room wall unit located in the kitchen and living room area. It will not cool the bedrooms. The condo is not as spacious as advertised. Overall, the stay was average.

Like home

I stayed here for four nights - just me and my two boys ages 11 and 14. We so enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, and the amazing location to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach! The place was so cozy and had all the comforts of home. The only small drawback was the AC unit, which had to be rebooted to get actual cold air circulating. We are used to central AC, so it was a bit tough for us to get used to that, but all in all it did not detract from the comfort level of the home. The property manager was so responsive to every question and request we had, and they were so friendly! We would definitely stay here again!! Absolutely loved every minute!

Great beach house location

Our family, 8 adults, 2 teens and one 7 yr old, stayed here. Sleeping all of them was a little challenging. The teens sleep in one bunk bed and 1 adult sleep in the other bunk bed and the other adult sleep on an air mattress. The other two bedrooms sleep 4 adults and the 7 yr old. The other 2 adults sleep in the pull out coach bed. Overall we managed. The pictures that advertise the room may it look bigger. The bathrooms are great, equipped with modern shower and shower wand. The kitchen/living room is tight for this many people. Overall we had a great time, the beach is a short walk away. Parking is a problem if you more than one car. Overnight night parking is hard to find and expensive.

Perfect Location!

My family and I were in San Diego for just a few days and wanted to stay close to the beach in a central location to restaurants and activities. This place was PERFECT! Steps away from the beach. Although overall a small space, there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for my family of 5. Beach toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The parking situation was a little tricky and difficult for us to find (we are not city people 😂). Glad we had a small car otherwise we might not have fit. This place is so close to many restaurants, shops, boardwalk, whale watching, Belmont Park, etc. It’s a short, easy drive from the airport and to downtown San Diego. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to explore! Casey was VERY quick to respond to all of my questions (how to find the parking spot) and issues (no laundry soap to wash towels like requested in the check out instructions). She was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to SD. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent property location and ownership

We could Not have had a better experience and we have been here many times. The property was warm inviting and very comfortable. Check in and parking were easy. The location is perfect for people Watching, which we like, and we just had a blast. If it's your first or fourth trip, don't hesitate to book this property. We travel often, and can't thank the owners enough!

Great experience

Location is great just steps from the beach and short drive to Sea World and LaJolla. Apartment is well equipped with everything you may need and includes very convenient parking. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds! It is perfect for a family or multiple couples as every room has their own bathroom. We grilled one night which was easy and convenient. Will definitely recommend this to friends visiting the aeea

Great location steps to the Boardwalk access to restaurants and the Beach

3 Bedrooms each with an ensuite bath which is super convenient. Coffee maker requires coffee grounds so you'll do some grocery shopping anyway. We went to the Whole Foods not too far away. The balcony is very narrow and not too user friendly in my opinion. The parking space may be confusing but there's a sign on the white wall with the address so you'll park parallel and against that wall with the garbage receptacles right in front or behind the car. Beware the Red line which denotes the fire lane. These "streets" are really alleys to me so they are narrow. Being so close to the Boardwalk we could walk up and down it with access to the restaurants and bars as well as the beaches and ocean. One weird thing for me was using the remote control for the single heat/ac unit it took me awhile to figure it out and get it to work so be prepared if you're not familiar with these. One thing to note is that there are other places in close proximity being a high-density area so you have have some rowdy people within ear shot.

Exactly As Described. Great Family Stay!

My family of 5 stayed here for a couple nights. The condo is clean and well appointed. Each room has private bathroom which was a terrific layout. Casey was very communicative. The condo is 1/2 block from the boardwalk and 1 mile from Belmont. Easy choice if we come back to SD!

Beautiful home and gorgeous upgrades close to the beach

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this home, it was exactly as pictured and was the perfect accommodation for our family of 5.
