“Staff pleasant, nice and quiet, good location. AC worked fine though I did not need it,shower with warm water.Whenever I needed a repair light or batteries maintenance fixed it prompyly. I hope they can find an owner for the small dining area and the bar/restaurant.”

“Only 30 min from the airport, up in the coffee covered hills above the very vibrant Alajuela neighborhood, is the best, not too expensive hotel in San Jose. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and gardens, nice food and a very relaxing setting. We really enjoy spending our last night, after puddle jumping and before getting on that big old jet liner, just decompressing in affordable luxury. Go there, you'll be glad you did.”

“We had a great stay here! Hotel is within walkable distance to a lot of other restaurants/shops. The ambience was great and they have excellent breakfast (free!) options. The room has basic amenities. The only issue was the AC stopped working on day 2, but otherwise, everything else was good. Their roof top restaurant also has good menu options. ”
