“This is a private property owned by a sweet couple. The also have 2 cute friendly dogs. Do not expect much as CR is very simple. Amazing value your vacation will be enriched with the surroundings. Breathtaking view, the picture worthy pool, and a short drive to convenience. Tips- on top of a hill, will need the what’s app to communicate. This place doesn’t look much from the front, but enter the gate and you will be content. ”

“The hotel is big and clean. It has 3 pools. What we loved most is the huge bedroom. We had a separate living room which was also big. The bathroom was good size. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a separate control from the living room. Staff was friendly. There is a casino and a restaurant. Free shuttle service to and from the SJO airport. Free breakfast available too. We had to leave before they started serving so they packed us a sandwich, juice, water,……

“I loved this hotel. It’s attached to a mini food mall of sorts that has great local food. The hotel’s restaurant Cense is also amazing. I went there on my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. The ambience is elegant and the dishes are made to perfection. We had coffee and breakfast at the hotel lounge which was also great. The gym had enough equipment for us to get a decent workout in also. Overall I’d recommend and definitely stay here again. ”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and enormous. The modern bathroom was incredibly wonderful. The jetted bathtub and shower water pressure very impressive. The homemade breakfast and coffee was an amazingly wonderful experience with the gorgeous pool view and picturesque mountains in the background. You will need to uber from this location however Ubers were very cheap and very safe. Very relaxing stay and very satisfied with this boutique Hotel!!!”
