Some of the staff were super friendly but a few made the others look bad. Room cleaning was late on our first day in the hotel. The bath towels are in really bad shape and should be thrown away.

It has an underground entrance and I never found an Uber driver who could meet you there. I use a lot of Uber’s to get around in San Jose and this was ver inconvenient. For this reason I would not stay there again.

This is a great property in a gorgeous area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Room was perfect and comfortable.

Wonderful property, the only comment would be on the Strong fragrance they diffuse throughout the lobby area. The rooms are fresh and fragrance free!
