The Villa has large spaces with a breathtaking lake view.

The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of San Felice del Benaco and Salò in just a few minutes, as well as the other numerous villages on the lake.

It is composed of a living room with a full lake view, a small separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and on the lower floor there is a service bathroom with washing machine.

The furnished terrace is ideal for spending summer evenings admiring the beauty of the lake.

Outside there is a garage for a small-medium sized car, plus an uncovered space inside the private gate of the villa.
