"Very nice lodge, especially all info about trees and other species. We loved the fire pit and the candles they lit every evening. The rooms are basic and thin walls. The resturant was ok, the breakfast menu was great with a lot of options. Definitely stay here again for a few days. Its 2 km from town, so a car is recommended. "

This is one of those stays you will be glad you booked. Recommend you have a car, this is more in relation to San Ignacio itself rather than the hotel. "

"If you are coming to San Ignacio, this is the place to stay! I cannot recommend this place enough and will 100% be staying here again when I come back. Great location, food, accommodations, safety, and vibes. Rose and her family are amazing, and she is an incredible chef. She made us all different meal throughout our time and even made breakfast to go on the day we were leaving early for a tour of the ATM caves! Better than any bigger resort or hotel around the area, it felt like we were the only guests there! Such an amazing and special time spent here."

"Rooms were clean, beds a little soft but comfortable . The pool was a wonderful break from midday temperatures (hot)! Butterfly area was a treat. Air con worked well! Staff very friendly and helpful! Shower not so good…very little water pressure."
