Upon arrival, valet wasn’t the best. They didn’t communicate effectively. I had to ask how I’d retrieve my car and get my own luggage. When I got to the front desk, service was decent. The front desk wasn’t unfriendly but not friendly either. I didn’t get a full view overview of the property so a lot I found out from other guests. Lastly, my room was not very clean. It was stuffy and dusty. The vents were filled with dust too. I love Santana row and this hotel is very convenient for walking around and across the street to the mall. If not for the proximity to Santana row, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a great stay. They upgraded our room to a suite when the only king available was accessible which they didn’t have to do since we were a last minute check in. Highly recommend them. Staff was very nice.
