We booked this place because we were told by Expedia on the phone and we confirmed with the hotel by phone that there would be a free shuttle for us at the airport at 6 am and that we could leave our car at the hotel for a few days for free.
They both confirmed that we can count on it, but when we arrive late in the evening at the hotel we were told that it may be a problem and the guy had to check on it and will call us back in 15 minutes. He never called. There was no shuttle!
We had to use our car and drive to the airport and find parking there early in the morning.
We called Expedia that same night and complained. They said that there was a miscommunication and that we would get a fifty dollar discount on another Expedia booking and that they will sent us a coupon by mail.
We never got a coupon from them either.
Very disappointing! The staff obviously doesn't know what they are talking about.
