The only reason I ranked low was due to no phone available to call for room service or taxi.
Staff & restaurant were very good.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have on hand our phone numbers.
Each time there is a check in, we provide an informational sheet where you can find the phone numbers for reception in case you needed to call for a shuttle or whatever else you could have needed, so, if for some reason you did not have them, I am sorry. I am, nevertheless, glad that your stay was nice and our staff was pleasant and polite.
We hope to have you visit again in the future and have the opportunity to give you an even better service.
