It’s was nice to be in caribe Hilton I’m pretty sure I’ll stay here more times very clean , the pool it’s amazing I really love it !

The resort was decent. There was some damage to the bathroom walls. Other than that, the conditions were alright. The food at the restaurants on the resort is way too expensive. Three cheese burgers should not cost 85 dollars anywhere. All of the restaurants where overpriced.

To start off, the staff were amazing and very accommodating to any questions we had and the service was wonderful. Unfortunately the property and the amenities that they have were lacking. The dining is extremely limited. Our stay was very short and one night we ended up using Door Dash since the options were so limited. One of the restaurants appears to have been broken into and was temporarily closed. I will say the quesadillas you can get from the swim up bar were amazing. Trying to get a $2.50 pop from the vending machine did not work so we had to go to the shops and pay $5.00 each. One jacuzzi was unfortunately dirty and the other was broken and not hot whatsoever, would barely consider it even somewhat warm. The property is not in the best shape and could use some maintenance in all areas. Wiring by the swim up bar is close to the water and not enclosed in the plastic pipe to protect it from getting wet. Railings were shaky and not secure in the pool dividing the upper and lower pools. There were not enough umbrellas on the “beach”. If you use Uber or some other company to get to this resort they are only able to drop you off down the street and this did cause us some confusion on where you are supposed to go to get to the lobby. Tape and pieces of paper were stuck on the wall of our room. All and all it was pretty disappointing. I hate to be so negative but when I think about the reputation that Hilton has it is easy to feel disappointed with this experience.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for parking and they put a glue yellow label saying that I was parked illegally it was hard to take off the glass and no one helped

This property was amazing !! I have not one complaint besides the balcony sliding door being too hard to open& close, kept gettin stuck. Besides that, the room & view was amazing ! The food was great, front desk was helpful and nice. The housekeepers kept our room stocked so i didnt even have to call to ask for anything ! The pools were soo beautiful & relaxing . Wasnt freezing cold either. Beach was AMAZING ! Loved the location & everything about this Hotel. Thank you for having us Caribe Hilton !

This was a wonderful resort with beautiful property. I really loved the ice cream and cookie co cafe inside, they had amazing breakfast sandwiches that were more affordable than going to the Nectar restaurant for breakfast! The staff was so helpful, the first two nights after heading the neighbors constantly fighting I finally asked to change rooms and they switched us with no problem!

Cons: overall, rooms need updating, “Beach” area is small and has dirt, not sand, laundry facilitiy has only one washer and one dryer for all guests to use. one elevator to main tower is broken. Water pressure is quite low, sometimes unable to get hot water (goes up to lukewarm). Garden wing ocean view… left side undecorated concrete…..right side, ocean and strip of hotels… decorate that concrete???? Pro: staff is very friendly and rooms are thoroughly cleaned. Direct view of ocean is beautiful. Beachside restaurants have good food.

Don’t be fooled by the property pictures. The property is pretty run down, the pools were not operational for two days - they were dirty, tiles missing, super outdated. Property around the hotel is run down also. Not worth the money and not very Hilton like.

Horrible customer service. Staff at the front desk were rude. Waited to check in over two hours and they weren’t attentive about the situation until I contacted Expedia. They then continued to lie and say they called me so many times, which was a lie because I had my phone the whole time. Then when we checked out they had extra charges on my bill. I wish they were more understanding and kind about the situation. Sadly my family and I won’t be coming here again.
