“We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“La casa è un vero paradiso per tutta la famiglia: spazi ampi sia dentro che fuori, calcetto e ping pong e una bellissima piscina. Unici punti negativi: aria condizionata solo nelle camere ma per fortuna c'era, non ci sono zanzariere e il posto è a 1 ora di strada dalla maggior parte dei posti da visitare con delle strade parecchio dissestate. “Our week long stay at La Collina was excellent! The villa accommodated our group of 10 perfectly and all the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are perfect for a large crowd as there are so many things to do. We used the pool, bocce court, ping pong table and had long walks in the morning to start the day. Excellent communication throughout- including the great team locally who were friendly and very helpful. A minor problem with an air conditioning unit was rapidly resolved. “Prachtig verblijf. Mooie kamers. Grote woonkamer waar we met 15 konden eten, verblijven. Ook het kleine appartement was waardevol. Mooie speelkamer met tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Visitation im kulturell spannenden Umland waren der Pool und Ruhe verantwortlich für die beste Erholung.”
