This Ambergris Caye vacation rental is situated just 3.5 miles south of the heart of San Pedro Town and sits directly on the white sandy shoreline with perfect views of the turquoise-toned waters of the Caribbean Sea. The location is so close to the beach that you can go from taking a refreshing plunge in the pool to splashing around in the sea in seconds. This condo is on the second level just behind the pool and has a long covered wrap around patio for the most incredible views and outdoor space. Chairs and patio tables invite you to sit and sip your favorite beverage while enjoying snacks before or after you take a dip in the pool. These same views are also seen from the open living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The open-style living area in Ocean’s Edge 2B is spacious and beautifully decorated in a coastal appeal with a large L-shaped sectional sofa, natural hardwood tables, soft earthy toned rug and pillow accents, and a 50” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room has a large stone-top table with 6 dining chairs. The kitchen has beautiful painted cabinetry with natural stone countertops, a trio of wooden bar chairs, and stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create a culinary delight. There is a sliding glass wall system along the perimeter of the living and dining area that faces the Caribbean for the most impressive views throughout!!

A large, beautifully outfitted master bedroom sits just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with a shower and double sink vanity. The other two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed or full/twin bunk combination and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

ALL ONE LEVEL: Living Room, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Shower, Queen Bedroom with Shower, Full/Twin Bunk Bedroom with Shower, Laundry.

This great location is not only in the coveted “safest area of Ambergris Caye,” but is also only a short drive from all of the great restaurants, shopping, and fun beach bars San Pedro has to offer. The charming town of San Pedro is a lot of fun to explore, as well as many fun locations, such as Secret Beach, just north of San Pedro. This condo is professionally managed and you will have access to a professional and attentive reservations and guest services team for help with things such as, golf cart rentals, transfer flights, water taxi information, shuttle to/from island air or water terminals, grocery provisioning, tours and activities, COVID-19 testing, restaurant reservations and/or private chef services, “what to see in San Pedro” and much, much more.

In addition to the rental rate there is a $125 USD cleaning fee (plus tax). This is for your arrival/departure clean plus one mid-stay cleaning visit. You may purchase additional days of housekeeping if desired.

Beautiful property, clean and comfortable - we loved our time here. Beach was well maintained and perfect for the small children to play! Staff were kind and accomodating. We enjoy the southern side of the island, it's quiet and relaxing. I hope we will get to stay at this property again - we highly recommend it!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Gorgeous view. Excellent service by Pelican Reef management. Ester was the best. She booked everything from the flight into San Pedro, the golf cart, and tours/excursions. She is always available for questions or issues. Our internet went out one day and my son had to work while we were there so it was a problem. It also happened to be the one day my husband had to be on a zoom call. I texted Ester and someone was there to fix it within 10 minutes. The whole staff was wonderful. This condo is about 4 miles south of town which doesn’t sound far, but it is an unpaved road with more potholes than road. It is a very bumpy, slow going ride. The road becomes paved with paver bricks as you get close to town so it gets a little better. There is nothing within walking distance except a small bar across the street that doesn’t serve food. The water is not really swimmable off the beach due to seaweed but this is apparently the issue on most of the island. My boys swam off the end of the pier which was fine. Overall, it is a nice quiet place to relax and unwind in a beautiful space with beautiful views and excellent service.
