"Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! "

"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. "I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again. "
