“We had a great stay. Una was the best hostess. Very welcoming and made sure we settled in nicely. The room was very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was brilliant. Would highly recommend this B+B . Ps.. the best toilet paper ever.. It's the little things. 😄”

“The hotel is a stately home. More like a Manor that is just outside Penpont; Thornhill is just a 5 min drive. It’s located in a gorgeous area surrounded by lovely old oak trees and the Scaur River. Excellent for a good walk. ”

“Great stay a short walk from the centre of Moffat. Caroline and Miles are super helpful and nice (Miles kept parking spaces free for us so we could park our motorcycles right outside the front of the hotel.) Plenty of parking on this quiet street. There are just 3 rooms here. They are a good size, warm and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great quality with lots of choice. Couldn’t fault the quality and service and will definitely return.”
