"We booked this beautiful Villa for two weeks in early September 2023. We were two families with a total of 10 adults. The Villa was large enough to accomodate all of us without any issues. The bedrooms are all huge and well appointed. The views, along with the surrounding property were spectacular!! The owners were always available to answer any questions and very knowledgeable with respect to any requests. Thank you to Elio for the granitas and wonderful conversations. "Very large. It is very rare to find a villa with 3 bathrooms. Our host Antonio was fantastic. He drove us to the Port and made sure we were all set to go on our cruise. You will definitely need to have a car. The villa is tucked away. Very private. Definitely not in a tourist area. The host was very accommodating."

"Antonio was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and the views were incredible!! Antonio’s mother was so accommodating and greeted us even though it was nearly 3am by the time we arrived, on a night before work! She had provided us with snacks and homemade bread. "The view was beautiful. The house needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. We were told there was air conditioning. Only three separate units which when turned on the circuit breaker would break and no electricity throughout the house. Only two at a time could be turned on. It was very hot. One of the bathrooms had a very awful smell. We couldn't use it so we were six people to one bathroom without air. The kitchen cabinets smelled of old mildew and pots pans and dishes smelled the same. We...

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus.
